Yll Fondaj is a member of SCAAK Council for the mandate 2018-2020. Since 2014 he holds the position of Accounting and Support Officer at the Central Bank of Kosovo. He has earned his Bachelor and Master Degree in Banking, Finance, and Accounting at the University of Pristina. Yll is a member of SCAAK, a member of the Behaviour and Discipline Committee of the Society, and hold the desigtation Certified Accountant.
