Fahri Breznica is Treasurer of SCAAK Council in the 2018 - 2020 mandate and a lecturer of the subject "Laws and Taxes in Kosovo" in SCAAK, since 2004. As a member of SCAAK from the beginning, member of the Council in several mandates and as President during the 2012-2014 mandate, he has contributed in strengthening the profession and raising organization’s reputation. He has represented SCAAK in international and regional organizations. He is also a member of the Quality Assurance Committee and the Taxation Subcommittee.

He has more than 30 years of experience in his profession, especially in public finance, respectively tax affairs, financial management and audition, including his experience as a member of the Financial Control and Finance Committee in the Finance Council from 1992 to 1999. In January 2000, he was the first appointed local staff leader and is one of the founders of the Tax Administration of Kosovo.

He has worked in senior positions in the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration of Kosovo, Kosovo Board for Financial Reporting and Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo. Has published many articles on tax affairs and tax administration. He holds designation Certified Auditor and Public Sector Certified Auditor CIPFA.

He holds Master's Degree in Accounting and Auditing from ASSAU. He works in several companies as tax and financial advisor.
