EFAA 2019 Annual General Meeting

Executive Director of SCAAK, Ms. Ardiana Bunjaku is attending the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs (EFAA) 2019 Annual General Meeting, which is being held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Among the agenda items of this is the presentation of annual report, discussion and approval of the activity plan July 2019 – December 2020, approval of the audited 2018 financial statements, release of the EFAA Board of Directors from any liability arising from the performance of their duties during the financial year ended on 31 December 2018 and appointment of the auditor for 2019-2021.

Also, during the meeting participants are discussing other important issues, like forecast 2019 and the Proposed Budget 2020, discussion on the Draft EFAA Revised Statutes and next steps. Part of the discussion is also election of the EFAA President, where Mr. Marin Salvador was elected and of a member of the EFAA Board of Directors, where Mr. Johan De Coster was elected, further part of the discussion are locations and dates of forthcoming meetings.
