Virtual meeting between SCAAK and the Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA) and the Institute of Certified Accountants (IKM) of Albania

Prishtina, 27 January 2021 - Representatives of SCAAK held a virtual meeting with representatives of the Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA) and the Institute of Certified Accountants (IKM) of Albania.

Discussions during the meeting focused on the possibilities of organizing joint sessions of Continuing Professional Development, translating new Standards for Quality Management, cooperation in the field of quality assurance and cooperation in providing joint certification for the public sector.

The three Associations, as full members of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) agreed to be a common voice for the development of the profession in the region and beyond.
