General Assembly Meeting 2020

On September 28, 2020, the General Meeting of the Assembly of the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo (SCAAK) was held.

The members of the Association with a minute of silence reminded their colleagues Mr. Kujtim Qafleshi and Mr. Andan Dërvari who passed away as a result of Covid 19. We respectfully remember their work for the development of the Accounting and Auditing profession in Kosovo.

The Assembly of the Association voted the new members of the Council who will lead the SCAAK for the mandate 2020-2022:

• Shpresa Mustafa - President of the Board, Certified Auditor
• Source Cena - Member, Statutory Auditor
• Melita Ymeraga - Member, Certified Accountant
• Nazmi Pllana - Member, Certified Accountant
• Teuta Ukshini - Member, Certified Auditor
• Xhevdet Beqiri - Member, Statutory Auditor
• Yll Fondaj - Member, Certified Accountant

Also approved the new Statute of SCAAK, activity report and report of audited financial statements for 2019, as well as work plan and budget for 2021.
