Kaltrina Kadriu Xhemaj is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in the private sector and in international companies.
She currently holds a leadership position in the field of corporate finance, where she is engaged in financial reporting, managerial analysis, budget planning, cash flow management and ensuring compliance with legal, tax requirements and international financial reporting standards.
During her career, she has built consolidated expertise in auditing, accounting, financial control and strategic decision-making, contributing to the development of efficient processes and supporting management through qualitative and reliable analysis.
Her professional experience includes engagements in financial institutions, consulting companies and corporations with high operating standards.
Kaltrina is a Certified Accountant and has completed her Master's degree in Finance, Banking and Accounting.
She currently serves as a Member of the Board of SCAAK for the 2026–2029 mandate.
