Burbuqe Gjonbalaj's main focus in her work is on serving members with full rights, such as informing members about relevant laws, standards, documents, events and training in Kosovo and abroad, as well as administering the certification process and the work of the committies of ShKÇAK. With several years of experience in ShKÇAK and being familiar with members and the daily demands of students and members of the Association, she has contributed to the development of procedures to adapt to the demands and needs of members.
