Afërdita Çarkaxhiu Gashi was President of the SCAAK Council in the 2018-2020 mandate and is a statutory auditor since 2005. Audit Office "AuditAB", where she works, is specialized in auditing and providing various consultancy services in the NGO sector and in monitoring and evaluating projects by governmental and non-governmental organizations.

The cooperation with international auditors has brought her the membership to the international organization of auditors Empacta. She is a SCAAK member from the beginning and holds designation Certified Auditor.
