Principles and practices of an effective PAO Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

In the conference "Developing Accountancy Capacity in Emerging Economies ", during the second day Executive Director of SCAAK - Ms. Ardiana Bunjaku presented at the panel: Principles and practices of an effective PAO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or equivalent.

Mrs. Bunjaku on the panel elaborated practical examples, the key principles and practices (including challenges) that contribute to be an effective Executive Director in Professional Accountancy Organizations.

The panelists also presented their views on the importance of the role of an Executive Director’s role in the good governance of an organization, the appointment, the principles of maintaining an effective and productive relationship with the Board, the relationship with Secretariat Staff and  the evaluation.
