NOTICE: regarding the review of financial requests

Due to the daily volume of your requests to the finance department, we inform you that from today (August 22, 2019) these requests will be reviewed during the following days:

• Tuesday - Friday, within 24 hours of receipt.

Please email your requests for financial matters only at [email protected]
 
Also ask that, when making the payment for any service, make sure that the bank official has written in the description of the payment: your SCAAK ID and the name of the service. For example:

• Example 1: if you are paying the annual membership for 2019 and you have the SCAAK ID 0000 then make the description as follows: Membership 2019, for 0000;
• Example 2: if you are paying for training P1, S1, B1, M1 or T1 and have SCAAK ID 0000 then make the following description: Training P1, S1, B1, M1 or T1, for 0000;
• Example 3: if you are paying for exam P1, S1, B1, M1 or T1 and have SCAAK ID 0000 then make the following description: Exam P1, S1, B1, M1 or T1, for 0000.

 
This request comes because we are having trouble identifying some payments where your ID or the service you paid for is not listed.
