The Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo (SCAAK) is a non-governmental and nonprofit organization established in 2001 that provides education and certification programs in accounting and auditing internationally recognized. SCAAK represents a large number of professionals (over 7,000 registered members, 3,000 of whom are provided with regular services within the year), engaged in various sectors, in key institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as well as in businesses and audit firms.
Given the importance of digitalization, SCAAK plans to develop and implement an integrated (modular) system based on the Cloud that will enable the digital transformation of all work processes including but not limited to:
- Qualification, Learning, and Exams Management System
- Customer Relationship Management
- Digital Customer Service, portal, and mobile applications (Digital Customer Engagement)
- Administration, Finance, and Human Resources Process Management (ERP)
- Data management and reporting for internal purposes and members (Data Insight and Business Reporting)
- Managing documents, projects, tasks, calendars, online meetings, and Chat (Intranet)
- as well as other applications
SCAAK invites professional companies in the field of ICT and software development to express interest in participating in the tender entitled:
“Design, development, and maintenance of the integrated system for digitalization of SCAAK processes" with No. REF: SCAAK – 001/2022
The minimum qualification requirements are:
- Business certificate;
- Information on the business conducted by the Economic Operator;
- Confirmation report from Tax Administration of Kosovo for the fulfillment of tax obligations;
- Portfolio of services and products;
- References for the realization of similar projects during the last 5 years;
- Have the capacity (technical, organizational, financial) to provide support throughout the project.

The deadline for expression of interest is until 20/06/2022 at 15:00h.
The selection and notification of qualified bidders for the tender will be done until 28/06/2022.
