The World Bank’s Centre for Financial Reporting Reform (CFRR) in close cooperation with the Internal Audit Community of Practice (IACOP) of Public Expenditure Management Peer Assisted Learning network (PEMPAL) has developed a two-year construction program of regional capacities for public sector auditors.

Through this two-year Training for  Trainers in Internal Audit, participating trainers will have the opportunity to provide high quality training in the field of internal audit in their countries and institutions, based on the International Standards on Professional Audit Practice Internal Affairs (ISPPIA) and International Good Practices in Public Sector Auditing. The beneficiary countries of this training are from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.

Trainers of SCAAK and Central Harmonization Unit (CHU) have been selected to participate in this two-year program, as representatives from Kosovo.

Training in Vienna is the first training in the series of training of this program and is a four day workshop where participants will be able to engage in many practical case studies with a simulated internal audit client, including work on planning, execution, and reporting on the results of the internal audit engagement.
